The personal training program at [Sweat] Society consists of customized programming tailored to individual goals during each session.

We OFfer Three Personal Training Programs:

Personal training for Weight loss

Personal training for muscle gain

Personal training for both weight loss + muscle gain

Personal training sessions are 30 or 60 minutes long. Clients will set their own individual goals, develop a plan and receive one-on-one support during sessions from their trainer.

  • The primary goal is to lose weight. The secondary goal is to gain strength
  • Programs are built around functional cardio + strength training while increasing calorie burn
  • 30 or 60 minute sessions

Personal training for muscle gain

  • Gain lean muscle + build strength
  • Improve lifting technique
  • Workouts are programed around strength training
  • 30 or 60 minute sessions

Personal training for both weight loss + muscle gain

  • Programs are centered  around strength training movements with moderate cardio movements added into workouts.
  • For clients looking to incorporate both weight loss and muscle gain into their programming
  • 30 or 60 minute sessions
