Personal training sessions are 30 or 60 minutes long. Clients will set their own individual goals, develop a plan and receive one-on-one support during sessions from their trainer.

Personal training for both weight loss + muscle gain
- Programs are centered around strength training movements with moderate cardio movements added into workouts.
