Full Body

This Full Body workout features High Intensity Strength training made for all fitness levels. We aim to burn 400 calories per session while focusing on building strength, muscle + metabolic rates. During this circuit style workout you will use a variety of equipment to lift, squat, jump, push + pull.

LIFT

Straight up strength training to build a strong body with a focus on form + technique. The strength work in this class will incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells + more completing 6-12 reps per exercise. Expect only strength training in this class. No muscle will be left untouched.

Reps + Sets

Not your average reps + sets, to challenge and change your body variation is key. Expect dynamic tempo based weight sequences, all you have to do is show up and will focus on long, lean and toned muscles! Maintaining about 70-80% of your max heart rate will keep your body in the fat burning zone the entire time. Benefits of Tempo training include improved stability, greater core strength, and focuses on developing muscular strength. This is the class that will set your muscles on fire, inspire you and push you to a different kind of exertion.

We love to fuel your fire, welcome to RIG IT. A Science - backed method using a steady grind of high intensity and muscle building strength work. Work through a series of exercises until the clock hits zero or you hit your personal best. By performing strength movements broken up with maximal effort exercises, the MetCon style format will increase your metabolic rate as your body builds more strength.

The challenge you’ve been waiting for! Work through 10 exercises of HIIT and weight training. Give it all you’ve got while building and maintaining muscle. Using weights until failure, combined with  high intensity interval training you’ll AMP UP YOUR FITNESS and take the results home with you.This class is 45 minutes long.
