Back, Chest + Arms- Get Ready to fire them all up in this class!
This class is designed to be 80% strength-focused with a main lift and accessory work, and 20% functional agility and cardio.
You’ll complete four 3- minute stations of focused work, completing two laps around the room. Each station is designed with a specific purpose:
• Compound Upper Body Movement: This is the main lift or the focus of the workout. • Arm Isolation: Targeted exercises to build, tone, and shape your arms.
• Hybrid Chest + Back Superset: This station combines a push (chest movement) and a pull (back movement) into a superset.
• Functional Agility and Cardio: Boost endurance, coordination, and overall athleticism with fast-paced, functional drills.
