Legs, Glutes, Abs, + Obliques- Get Ready to fire them all up in this class!
This class is designed to be 80% strength-focused with a main lift and accessory work, and 20% functional agility and cardio.
You’ll complete four 3- minute stations of focused work, completing two laps around the room. Each station is designed with a specific purpose:
• Compound Lower Body Movement: Lower reps (4-6) for max effort and progression.
• Ab blast: Engage your upper and lower abs, plus obliques, for a strong and stable midsection.
• Glute Isolation: Targeted exercises to build, tone, and shape your glutes. • Functional Agility and Cardio: Boost endurance, coordination, and overall athleticism with fast-paced, functional drills.
