Wake up every day with a purpose. Go to bed each night having fulfilled that purpose.

Ideal Friday

My ideal Friday would be starting my morning by moving my body, preferably yoga, enjoy coffee on the porch and finish it by making dinner with friends.

Fav workout

I LOVE weightlifting. Heavy deadlifts with a kettlebell swing superset is my favorite way to go.


I recharge by taking walks, sleeping and cooking.
