Ideal Friday?

Trying a new pizza to find the best one in Buffalo, or trying any new food place/brewery. But really, the best Friday is one knowing that Bills Sunday is right around the corner.

Favorite way to workout?

I’ll rarely have a workout that doesn’t center around heavy compound lifts. Surround those with moves I love to hate (looking at split squats). Work hard, lift heavy, and when I feel like I’m done, do just a little bit more.

What are you doing when you are not at the gym?

Walking, biking, hiking, I have a hard time sitting still, so strong chance you’d find me outside

‘Do Better’ by Say Anything is my go-to every time.
